Access to administrative documents

In accordance with article R.330-2 relative to relations between the public and local authorities, the departmental council has appointed a member of staff responsible for access to administrative documents and issues relating to the reuse of public information.
This person is responsible for collecting the requests for access to administrative documents and licences for the reuse of public information and handles claims in liaison with the relevant parties. This person draws up an annual report on the requests for access and licences for the reuse of public information, which is presented to the relevant authorities and sent to the committee responsible for the access to administrative documents.
