GOOD NEWS

Following on from a competition for young entrepreneurs in 2014, Sarthe Me Up launched a two-month national advertising campaign called “Bonnes Nouvelles”. Aired on BFMTV, the ad focused on good news from La Sarthe and featured the Porsche Experience Center, the Zoo de la Flèche, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Souriau, Leblanc, Loué, Maliterie.com, the Bulle bookshop and the acoustics laboratory of the university (LAUM).

ALL 24 HOURS OF THE DAY

The 2016 campaign En Sarthe, chaque heure est la meilleure (a play on the 24 hours of Le Mans and 24 hours in a day) is the department’s third promotional effort. Twenty-four local ambassadors shared their favourite time of day, highlighting the merits of La Sarthe to attract new residents, tourists and companies.
Some 500 testimonials from contented residents were gathered via a six-month contest.
